Plagiarism screening will be conducted by Padjadjaran Law Review Editorial Board using Turnitin plagiarism screening service. Manuscript with plagiarism number of less than 20% will be continued in the review process by reviewer and if Manuscript with more than 20% plagiarism count will be returned to the author. The authors are advised to revise the plagiarized parts of the manuscript and resubmit it as a new manuscript.
