    The Jurnal Bina Mulia Hukum (JBMH) publishes peer-reviewed public and private law articles from scholars, policy makers, and legal practitioners. The majority parts of the journal focus on national related issues; other parts focus on comparative and transnational law issues, to stand on Indonesian perspective to global problem.
    JBMH publishes its content in Bahasa Indonesia as most of the readers and authors will relatively be more familiar with the use legal terminology and avoid some misunderstanding because of the translation to other languages. Nevertheless, we particularly do welcome articles written in English for comparative and transnational law manuscripts due to practicability for expanding reach access to non-Indonesian readers.
    Named before one of Universitas Padjadjaran’s ‘pola-ilmiah pokok’ or foundational scientific patterns, means to foster the development of law, the openly access journal is managed and prepared by academician and supporting staffs of the Faculty of Law Universitas Padjadjaran to contribute to positive changes in law. This journal is available in print and online and highly respects the publication ethic and avoids any type of plagiarism.

    ACTA DIURNAL Jurnal Ilmu Hukum Kenotariatan (ACTA) is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Master of Notary Law Program at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran. The journal aims to contribute to the development of knowledge and practice in the field of civil law, with a special focus on notary law.
    Published biannually in June and December, ACTA serves as a platform for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to disseminate their research findings and conceptual studies. The journal welcomes high-quality articles in the form of empirical research, theoretical explorations, and critical reviews addressing various aspects of civil law, particularly those relevant to notary law and practice.
    By fostering academic discussions and advancing professional standards in notary and civil law, ACTA aspires to become a leading reference for both national and international audiences in the legal field.

Articles are published in English to widen the reach of access for non-Indonesian readers. This open access journal is managed and published by academics and supporting staff of the Master of Law, Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University to contribute to positive changes in legal science.     Padjadjaran Law Review (PLR) merupakan jurnal hukum yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2013 dan secara konsisten dikelola oleh mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Padjadjaran yang bernaung di bawah Padjadjaran Law Research and Debate Society (PLEADS). PLR memiliki dua tujuan utama, yakni untuk mengumpulkan karya-karya pemikir hukum terbaik sekaligus memberikan wadah kepada para penulis kritis untuk mempublikasikan karya-karya mereka. PLR menerbitkan karya ilmiah orisinil yang membahas isu-isu hukum yang berkembang dari hasil penelitian dan kajian analitis dari para mahasiswa, dosen, profesor, hingga para praktisi hukum.
