⚠️ Warning: Fraudulent Website Impersonating Jurnal Bina Mulia Hukum

Jurnal Bina Mulia Hukum (JBMH) has identified a fraudulent website that impersonates our journal:

❌ https://jurnal.fh.unpad-law.site – FAKE. Not affiliated with JBMH or Universitas Padjadjaran.

The only official website of Jurnal Bina Mulia Hukum is:

✅ https://jurnal.fh.unpad.ac.id/index.php/jbmh/

The fraudulent website copies our journal’s name, ISSN, logo, and published articles. It publishes fabricated articles with fake DOIs and asks authors to pay publication fees. Any manuscript submitted, or payment made, through that website is not received by JBMH, and any article published there is not an official JBMH publication.

To protect yourself, please:

• submit manuscripts only through our official website at jurnal.fh.unpad.ac.id,
• check that every JBMH article DOI begins with 10.24198/jbmh and resolves through doi.org,
• check the Fees page on our official website for the correct fee and payment procedure,
• confirm any payment request with the editorial office before transferring money.

If you have submitted a manuscript or made a payment through the fraudulent website, or you receive suspicious emails in the journal’s name, please contact us immediately at redaksi.jbmh@unpad.ac.id.

We have reported the fraudulent website to the relevant authorities. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your vigilance.
