The journal welcomes work addressing legal issues in Indonesia and around the world. It accepts the following types of manuscripts:

1. Original Research Article

An original research article presents the results of legal research that has not been published elsewhere. The research may be normative (doctrinal), empirical, or socio-legal, and may use statutory, conceptual, case, comparative, or historical approaches. The article must clearly state its research problem, objectives, method, findings, and novelty.

Structure: Title; Abstract; Keywords; Introduction; Method; Discussion (with sub-headings); Conclusion; References.

2. Conceptual Article

A conceptual article develops an argument, theory, or new legal framework through in-depth analysis of legal principles, doctrines, legislation, or court decisions. It does not have to be based on primary data collection. It must still offer an original contribution to legal scholarship, such as a critique of existing doctrine, a new interpretation, or a proposal for legal reform.

Structure: Title; Abstract; Keywords; Introduction; Discussion (with sub-headings); Conclusion; References. A Method section is optional.

3. Review Article

A review article critically and systematically examines the development of literature, regulation, or case law on a particular legal topic. It goes beyond summarizing sources: it identifies trends, debates, and research gaps, and points to directions for future research or policy.

Structure: Title; Abstract; Keywords; Introduction; Discussion (with sub-headings); Conclusion; References.
