Padjadjaran Law Review has previously welcomed article submissions without charging Article Processing Charges (APCs), and this policy remains in effect for Volume 14, Number 1. Authors submitting to this issue are not required to pay any Article Submission Fee. Libraries as well as individuals may continue to read and download all full-text articles free of charge.

However, beginning with Volume 14, Number 2, scheduled for publication in December 2026, Padjadjaran Law Review will implement an Article Processing Charge (APC) for all submissions. This decision was made after careful consideration and deliberation, with the primary goal of enhancing the quality of published articles and supporting the journal's accreditation advancement. Further details regarding the APC rates and payment procedures will be announced and elaborated in due course. Please note that libraries and individuals will remain able to read and download all full-text articles free of charge.
