About the Journal

Padjadjaran Law Review (PLR) is a legal academic journal established in 2013 and published by the Padjadjaran Law Research and Debate Society (PLEADS), Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran. The journal is published regularly on an annual basis and is committed to providing a platform for the dissemination of high-quality legal scholarship.

To maintain the quality and integrity of its publications, every submitted manuscript undergoes a plagiarism screening process. The manuscripts are also subject to an editorial review to ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian language and writing standards. In addition, PLR implements a peer-review process involving experienced academics and legal professionals in relevant fields to assess the accuracy, validity, and academic quality of the information and arguments presented.

All articles published by PLR are freely accessible, with no hidden or additional publication fees. For copyright and licensing purposes, PLR applies the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) and Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) licenses.
