Electronic Filing

Padjadjaran Law Review (PLR) receives, processes, and publishes manuscripts electronically through its online journal system. This page explains how electronic filing works at PLR.

Electronic Submission
1) Manuscripts must be submitted through PLR's online journal system. Submissions sent through other channels are not processed.
2) Authors must register an account and log in before submitting.
3) Authors must follow the Author Guidelines and use the Article Template, and must complete the submission details in the system accurately.
4) A complete submission includes the manuscript and the Declaration of Originality, together with any supplementary files.

Handling of Files
1) Submitted files are used only for the editorial and review process and are accessible only to the editors and the reviewers assigned to the manuscript.
2) Communication about a manuscript between authors, editors, and reviewers takes place through the journal system wherever possible, so that a complete record is kept.
3) Revised files must be uploaded through the system.

Publication and Archiving
1) Accepted articles are published online in PDF format and are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
2) Published content is stored in the journal system and remains available in accordance with PLR's Open Access Policy.
3) A published article is not removed or altered. Any correction or retraction is announced through a notice linked to the original article.
