ACTA DIURNAL Jurnal Ilmu Hukum Kenotariatan, is a publication of the Master of Notary Law Program at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran. This journal is published annually in December and June.
The articles published in ACTA DIURNAL are narrative articles, including research findings and conceptual ideas related to civil law issues, especially in notary law.
ACTA DIURNAL publishes its content in Bahasa Indonesia as most of the readers and authors will relatively be more familiar with the use legal terminology and avoid some misunderstanding because of the translation to other languages. Nevertheless, we particularly do welcome articles written in English for comparative law manuscripts due to practicability for expanding reach access to non-Indonesian readers.
